Dillon has improved tremendously over his year and a half in the CMS Track and Cross Country programs. When he arrived at HMC, he was unsure as to whether or not he wanted to run in college after a very positive running career at Eureka High School. Dillon came on strong during his second Cross Country season for the Stags, running 5th man on the NCAA Qualifying team with a best 8k time of 25:48.
Dillon returns to track second on the team only to fellow HMC'er Georgi Dinolov in the 1500 meter run. He has bests of 1:58.24 for 800 meters and 4:03.44 for 1500 meters.
The expectation is that he will surpass the 1:55 and 3:58 marks
over the course of the season.
