Athenas #12 In Preseason Rankings

The CMS women's tennis team is ranked 12th in the nation in the fall preseason poll.  The Athenas are ranked second in the West region.  CMS also has three regionally ranked singles players and two regionally ranked doubles teams.  Yassie Entekhabi (SR, Agoura) is ranked third in singles, Stephanie Hammond (SR, Mercer Island, WA) is ranked 19th and Hannah Kornfeld (FR, Larkspur) is ranked 25th.  Hammond and Lisa Steckmest (SR, Pacific Palisades) are ranked third in doubles and Entekhabi and Kornfeld are ranked 13th.

Unlike the men, there are no preseason national rankings in either singles or doubles.
