From 10 Freeway (traveling west):
Exit Monte Vista Ave. and turn right (north). After just over one mile, turn left on Arrow Route (not Arrow Hwy., which is first). After 0.5 miles, turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 10 Freeway (traveling east):
Exit Indian Hill Blvd. and turn left (north). After 1.5 miles, turn right on 6th Street. After 0.75 miles turn right on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 210 Freeway (traveling east):
Exit Towne Ave. and turn right (south). Turn left on Foothill Blvd. Turn right on Claremont Blvd. Turn right on 6th Street. Turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 210 Freeway (traveling west):
Exit Baseline Road and turn right (west). Turn left on Monte Vista Ave. Turn right on Claremont Blvd. Turn right on 6th Street. Turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

Bush's Pasture Park, Salem, OR (Willamette Invitational and NCAA West Regional)

From Portland Airport: Go east on Airport Way and take 205 South. Drive 24 miles and continue 34.5 miles on 5 South to exit 253 (OR-99E Bus./OR-22).  Turn right and drive 2.3 miles.  Parking lot is on the left.  The race starts on the south side of the park.

Chase Palm Park, Santa Barbara (Nationball Classic)

Take 210 West 24.0 miles.  Continue on 134 West for 13.7 miles.  Continue on 101 West for 81.2 miles and exit on Cabrillo Blvd. (left exit).  Turn left and drive 1.7 miles.  Park on the left side of the street just past Calle Cesar Chavez.  Race starts at a big rock (look for the runners)

La Mirada Regional Park (SCIAC Multi-Duals)

Take 10 West 4.6 miles to 57 South.  Drive 11.6 miles, exit on Lambert Road and turn right.  Drive 5.0 miles to Beach Blvd. and turn left.  Turn right on Imperial Hwy. after 0.5 miles.  Drive 1.5 miles and turn left on Santa Gertrudes Ave.  Turn right on Foster Road after 0.5 miles.  Turn left on Adelfa Dr. after 0.6 miles.  Turn right into the parking lot.  The race begins on the grass field just below the lot.

Prado Regional Park, Chino (SCIAC Championships)

Take 6th Street (changes names to Arrow Route) 1.0 mile to Central Ave. and turn right.  Drive 3.0 miles to Mission Blvd. and turn left.  Drive 2.2 miles to Euclid Blvd. and turn right.  Drive 7.5 miles and the park entrance is on the left.  [Note: Parking Fee is $7 on the weekend] Park in the first lot past the lake.  The race starts to the north of the lot.

UC Riverside (UCR Invitational)

Take 10 East to 15 South to 60 East.  Drive 14.3 miles and exit on Martin Luther King Blvd.  Turn right and then take the first left on Canyon Crest Drive.  The entrance to the race course area is 300 meters south on Canyon Crest.  There is parking for spectators at the corner of M.L.K. and Canyon Crest (UCR Lot 30) and in the church parking lot across the street from the entrance.  Both lots will charge $5.  There is $5 admission charge to the race for individuals 12 and over.
